What a month it has been! Visitors from all over the world, amazing athletes! Canadians are waving the flag like never before, and we are wearing red and white like never before. People filled the streets chest thumping and bursting into spontaneous choruses of "O Canada". As we heard during the Opening Ceremonies, we are Canadians who say please and thank you. We are a nation joined by a kind of multiculturalism that sets us apart from the world.
